Using this website

The content of smartuz.net is provided for information. We keep it accurate, but we do not guarantee that every page is free of error or always current.

Quotes and proposals

A price we quote is valid for thirty days unless the proposal says otherwise. Work begins once the proposal is accepted in writing and any agreed deposit is received.

Scope and changes

Each project has a written scope. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts — we do not add charges you have not agreed to.

Ownership

On final payment, you own the deliverables: the website, the source files and the domain, which is registered in your name. Third-party components keep their own licenses, and we tell you which ones apply.

What we cannot promise

We do not guarantee search engine positions. Nobody honestly can: ranking depends on competitors and on Google's own systems. We commit to the work, and we report the results as they actually are.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
